The problem
Subtitling a Tanglish video took an editor around four hours, and no existing tool aligned Tanglish subtitles accurately.

Long-form creators making Tanglish videos who need subtitles without losing hours.
What we built
Our own model for aligning Tanglish subtitles, running on our own GPU infrastructure — no off-the-shelf tools.
LGS craft
The hardest engineering problem we've worked on. We read research, spoke to professors and AI4Bharat contributors, then cracked a custom algorithm.
Then we chased speed: four hours became one, and with infra optimisation and parallelism, ten minutes.
Outcomes
- 4 hours → 10 minutes per video.
- Close to 1,000 users.
- 10+ paying customers, 2 enterprise customers.
